Hari Ini, Setahun Yang Lalu

18 06 2008

The 2nd Anniversary

29 08 2007

This is the second time of the month when I got to stay back alone in the Office.

I took a shower and changed to casual attire for the night event – all these are done at the Office. All the officers in the Unit are assigned to monitor the final rehearsal for Sambutan Ambang Merdeka. The event is in UiTM. My…my…looks like I’ll be celebrating Independence eve there.

Today marks the 2nd Anniversary for all of us - PTD Batch 1/2005. . How time flies. Being two years in the service makes me wiser in everything that I do. I believe so. More mature. Proactive. Efficient. Though, sometimes I admit the tendency to procrastinate is damn high, yet I managed to complete all the tasks within given time. I have ONE more SKT to accomplish by the end of the year.

Happy 2nd Anniversary my dear Brothers and Sisters;

“When the sun shines, we’ll shine together

Told you I’ll be here forever

Said I’ll always be a friend

Took an oath I’ma stick it out till the end

Now that it’s raining more than ever

Know that we’ll still have each other

You can stand under my umbrella”

* I remembered blogging about purchasing a camera last year on this date. Sadly said, my camera is broken! *staring at the sky, imagining life without camera*

SUCKs!

Three Stooges  Three Stooges

Whether it be Penghulu’s or Pok Cik Daud’s Proton, the three stooges always find a way to entertained ourselves. Mainly it would come from the speaker box. These are the songs that we listen to during our journey to Pasar Payang, Payung, ** or whenever it may be. Hehe….

1. Have You Ever – Brandy

2. Always- Bon Jovi

3. Dewi – Dewa

4. Have You Really Loved A Woman – Bryan Adams

5. Oldies from Klasik FM

6. Dikir from Terengganu FM

*sheesh* I think I’ve developed a liking towards local FM already!

My Heart Is In Terengganu…

20 06 2007

I’ve always wanted to go to Terengganu. And finally my wish came true. Modul Penempatan Daerah for PTD Batch 1/2007 is held in Terengganu. Wee-hoo…Kita tengok penyu bertelo’!

I can still recalled on how I felt the first time 127 of us ( young PTD officers) made an entrance @Sekolah Menengah Agama Setiu Hall. Seram sejuk. It felt as if I had a dozen of elephants rumbling inside my stomach. To make it even worst, my name was only called towards the end of the session. Kampung Pengkalan Merbau is where I am now.

On The Way To ** Mok Cik  Kebun Kelapa Sawit

Always, I think that I am not lucky enough in certain things. There’s kinda jinx shadowing me. Sounds paranoid erm? But then again, I was wrong!  I’m blessed with a super nice family and collegues. So sweet! The house I’m currently reside turned out to be the house of the founder of the kampung. Wee…

There are three of us here in Kampung Pengkalan Merbau. Hakim, Zaidi and I. Being in a different batch, I don’t really know these guys. So, on the very first day upon my arrival, Kak Yah (my older Sis) took me to Zaidi’s and Hakim’s house. A lil’ chat and we decided to meet on the next day @the river. And the rest is history. I think that we are closer now as our families are somehow related to each other. Most of the time, the family will take us for outting together. So, there’s always the three of us together. Being the only female in the group, I’m surprised that I don’t feel like an outcast at all. Both of them are always nice to me. Bless them!

I’ll be coming home on Friday. Can’t wait to meet Rifqi and Zam. Jumpa anak dulu baru Babanye? Yeay! Rindu nak makan pagi dengan Chech dan tak sabar nak jumpa Ayue selepas bertunang!

Tomorrow will be my last day here. And tonight, Hakim’s family has invited us for tahlil and dinner. I’m happy and sad @the same time. Hopefully there’s no drama air mata tomorrow. We shall see then. I’ll post the photos later as I forgot to bring the camera cabel. See you guys on Monday people.!

Wait for me Putrajaya! *ziggy is screaming with all her might*
